30-year title search
Independent advocates verify title, encumbrance certificates and conversion orders. Copies are shared at booking.
Possession date with penalty
Your agreement names the handover month. If we are late, we pay you interest for every month of delay.
Fixed price sheet
Base rate, PLC, car park, club and development charges are listed upfront. Nothing is added after booking.
